Use Composa on your phone
Composa runs in your web browser — there is no App Store or Google Play download yet. Create your account at composa.health, then add it to your home screen: on iPhone, tap Share in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen; on Android, open the Chrome menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Forgot your password? Reset it here. Your timezone, data download and account deletion are in Settings once you have signed in. How your data is handled is on the Privacy page.
Coaching
Composa Coaching is optional and paid. You apply first, and your coach and start date are agreed with you before you pay. Coaches reply in working periods — this is not live chat.
Medical questions and emergencies
Composa cannot help with medical questions. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about your medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US).
